-45 second break between sets.
- 2 minutes break between exercises.
Bicep Curl (Ez Bar)
8-10reps x 4 sets
Dumbbell Curls (Alternate)
8-10 reps x 4 sets
Triceps Push down
4 sets x 10-12 reps
One Arm Over Head Extension:
4 sets of 10 reps
Workout time: 45 mins to 1hr.
Note:
45 seconds to 1 minute break between sets, 2 minute break between exercises.
